Classes

CIRCUITS

Are you ready to get your heart rate up? Join our circuit class, where you'll engage in a variety of cardio and weight-based exercises across multiple stations. This non-stop workout is designed to keep you moving and help you burn as many calories as possible within a 45-minute timeframe.

METCON

Short for metabolic conditioning. MetCon is one of our more intense classes, comprising all forms of exercise designed to improve your strength, power, coordination and muscular endurance.

FIERCE 45

Fierce is a high-intensity workout that incorporates various strength and power exercises. It is an intense class that's intended to help you break through your training limits by pushing your muscles, heart, and lungs to the next level. This class is not recommended for those who are faint-hearted.

*Individuals with high blood pressure, heart conditions or respiratory conditions should not do this class.

HIIT

High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is a class that provides an all-body workout using a range of bodyweight exercises. This class is designed to burn calories, lots of calories, and keep you burning them long after your workout!

YOGA

Yoga is an ancient form of exercise focusing on strength, flexibility and breathing. Our expert instructors will guide you through a sequence of postures bringing your body and mind into alignment, leaving you feeling de-stressed and ready to take on the World!

PILATES

Get focused and connected to your body with Pilates. This class enables all abilities to learn how specific movements and breathing patterns work to enhance well-being whilst strengthening the body with an emphasis on the core.

ABS

This class is dedicated to strengthening your core by utilising a combination of body weight and resistance-based exercises. It goes beyond traditional sit-ups and crunches, making it suitable for individuals of all abilities who want to achieve a stronger core.

STRENGTH

Strength is suitable for all abilities and is aimed towards increasing participants' muscular strength. This is done using weights for added resistance, longer periods of work, and longer rest periods.

KETTLEBELLS

Suitable for all abilities, this class uses kettlebell exercises to promote an increase in total body strength, stamina, and skill.

FAQs

General

  • Opening Hours:

    6am -10pm 7 days a week

    Staffed Hours

    Monday-Thursday: 7am-7pm.

    Friday: 7am-5pm.

  • The gym is for the exclusive use of the employees of tenants within Paddington Square. Guests and the general public will not have any access to use the gym or classes.

  • Upon joining the gym you will be required to attend a group induction in the gym. Once completed your access will be activated through the Paddington Square App. This will open the doors to the gym which is located on the 2nd floor through the access barriers behind reception.

  • Upon joining you will be sent a full set of joining instructions. This will include instruction to download and set up the Technogym My Wellness App. In the app you will have access to the class timetable and can book classes at the tap of a button. You can also cancel classes in the same way. Please note class booking will open 5 days before each class is scheduled to take place. Upon coming to the club you will be required to check in to your class. If you fail to turn up to 3x classes in a 2 week period a booking restriction will be applied to your account. The restriction will disable in 14 days or if you email us to let us know.

  • Paddington Square has extensive shower and changing facilities on the basement level. Once changed please take the lift up to floor 2 to use the gym.

Tours, trials & day passes:

  • Sure! Feel free to pop in and see us on level 2, a member of the team is usually available. Alternatively, please email us and let us know which day(s)and time(s) would be convenient for you and we will book you in.

  • If you would like to trial the gym or one of our group classes, it's £15 and if you decide to join on the same day, we will refund the £15 straight back to you!

  • Upon joining the gym you will be required to attend a group induction in the gym. Once completed your access will be activated through the Paddington Square App. This will open the doors to the gym which is located on the 2nd floor through the access barriers behind reception.

  • Upon joining you will be sent a full set of joining instructions. This will include instruction to download and set up the Technogym My Wellness App. In the app you will have access to the class timetable and can book classes at the tap of a button.   • You do not need to make a reservation to use the main gym floor, you are welcome to drop in anytime. Please see our opening hours above for reference.

    To book a place in a Group Class, please do this through the Technogym App which you have access to as a member.

  • At this time we do not offer temporary membership or day passes.

  • No, unfortunately we are unable to offer pay as you go classes and you are unable to attend our group classes via third party vendors.

  • All users of the gym will be required to attend a group induction upon joining for us to go through general requirements of using the gym and all health and safety aspects. Once completed your access pass will be activated.

  • Absolutely, PT is our speciality! If you're new to the gym &/or personal training, our PT introductory package will give you 3x PT sessions for just £129. We also have very affordable personal training packs and offer Forge Membership which includes personal training as part of your membership. Please speak to a member of the Team.

Additional services:

  • Yes, however this option is not available online. We will need to set this up manually either in person, by phone or via email.

Memberships:

Changes, upgrades, freezing and cancellations:

  • If you decide to join, you will receive a 14 day 'no quibble' cooling off period from the date your membership starts so you will be able to access the facilities and decide if it's the right fit for you. If not, just let us know via email within 14 days and we will cancel your membership and give you a full refund.

  • You can upgrade or renew your membership to take advantage of a promotional offer at anytime, just send us an email and we will set this up for you. *In most cases, this will be applied from your next payment due date.

  • You have the option to freeze your membership without charge if you have an injury, illness, or are pregnant. However, you will need to provide proof of this.

    In addition, all members have the option to freeze their membership for up to 3 months per year for a fee of £10 per month. It's important to note that the minimum freeze period is 1 month, and any time your membership is frozen will be added to the end of your contract.

  • If your 14 day cooling off period has expired, please email us and we will try our best to help you or refer to the terms and conditions of membership for reference.

    Please note if you end your employment at Paddington Square your access to the gym and your membership will be cancelled. We will require written confirmation from you to cancel your membership in these circumstances.

*All changes, freezing and cancellation requests must be made in writing via email.
